In 2017, I wanted property on water for kayaking. I went to several realtors in Sarasota and wasn’t shown anything I liked or could afford. I decided to try Bradenton. Two realtors wasted my time, not listening to what I wanted and needed. You showed me several and then THE perfect house in Hidden Oaks. I quickly grabbed it and you handled the closing. You sold my Turtle Rock home in Sarasota for the price I wanted. Sadly I needed to sell the house of my dreams in 2023-24. You and my son did this for me in secular fashion. At 88 I needed all the help I could get. When the house was listed, you got a contract for almost twice what I paid in 2017. I will be forever grateful.
