Fall is the perfect time to explore Sarasota County. As the weather becomes milder, this time of year offers a wide variety of festivals and events—indoors and outdoors—in Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding areas. These are some of the festivities our real estate agents are most looking forward to this fall!
The 3rd annual St. Armands Circle Art Festival is set to return on September 13-14. The event marks one of the biggest art events of the year in Sarasota County, including a crafts marketplace and talented local and regional artists. The festival takes place on picturesque St. Armands Key, a luxurious island retreat just minutes from the mainland.
On September 17, the first annual Hispanic Heritage Fiesta takes place at Gold Coast Eagle Distributing in Lakewood Ranch. Tickets include live Mariachi music, a cooking demonstration by Chef Amalia, and plenty of tasty street tacos and beverages. The event is a celebration of Hispanic heritage and a recognition of Sarasota's Sister City, Mérida, Mexico.
The Sarasota Opera's Food & Wine Festival is a beloved annual tradition that returns to the Sarasota Opera House on September 27, 2025. Featuring wine tastings and food samples from many of Sarasota County's best eateries, the festival raises proceeds to support the acclaimed Sarasota Youth Opera. It's happening just minutes from some beautiful Sarasota homes for sale.
